Agreement
These draft terms govern access to MuffinPOS services offered through muffinpos.com and related applications. A binding agreement will be provided before commercial launch.
Service description
MuffinPOS provides point-of-sale, merchant portal, synchronization and online storefront capabilities for subscribing merchants.
Accounts and acceptable use
Merchants are responsible for account credentials, staff permissions and lawful use of the platform. Abuse, unauthorized access attempts and interference with service operation are prohibited.
Subscriptions and billing
Fees, billing cycles and plan entitlements are defined in the order form or subscription agreement. Feature availability may vary by plan.
Limitation of liability
Liability limits and warranty disclaimers will be specified in the final commercial terms. This draft is not legal advice.
